Information Technology Center (ITC)

The Information Technology Center (ITC) is a primary support center with its main focus on providing an optimal technology infrastructure oriented towards addressing the IT-related needs for the administration of the University and supporting and enabling academic activities. ITC delivers innovative technologies and learning resources by providing integrated online services through the UKF portal. The center is responsible for providing multimedia solutions and technical support to the classrooms to offer new teaching methodology and improve the educational use of technology. The IT Center provides the most up-to-date communication technology and information systems management to serve the University's activities.

IT department has a dedicated team that focuses on providing prompt and quality support services for all UKF community and buildings. We strive to provide an environment where all faculty, staff, and students will have easy access to information resources by providing innovative technologies and learning resources, all linked through the UKF portal. Our support channels are mainly defined as self-service support (FAQs, IT Knowledge Base, and Online request, Service Desk, and specialized support) and liaison with external support and IT-related services.
